Exchange & Buy Back Policy

If item is exchanged within 6 days: Full value shall be adjusted against exchange. Full value purchase exchange facility shall be for one time only & refund is not applicable.

• (1) If product is exchanged after 6 days or returned any time:
• Exchange: Net weight × prevailing gold rate on the day of exchange.
• (2) Swamika Gold Jewellery/Coin/Ginni:
• Refund: Net weight × prevailing gold rate on the day of refund (less melting/bank charge of 2%).
• (3) Lifetime - Upgrade against Waria Diamond:
• You can redeem the same at 100% gold value, and the upgrade value should be 10% more than the previous purchase.
• (4) Swamika Diamond Jewellery & Solitaire Jewellery:
• Exchange counts (if any) against the previous bill amount.
• (5) Exchange against any other Jewellery:
• 100% of prevailing gold rate & 95% of prevailing diamond rate on the day of exchange (less discount if any).
• (6) Buy Back / Exchange against Coin/Bullion:
• 90% of prevailing gold/diamond rate on the day of exchange (less discount if any).
• (7) Kisna/Siva Diamond Jewellery:
• Exchange on prevailing MRP (less discounts if any).
• Buy back 90% on prevailing MRP (less discounts if any).
• (8) Other MRP Diamond Jewellery:
• Exchange at 95% of prevailing value without taxes (less discounts if any).
• Buy back 90% on prevailing value without taxes (less discounts if any).
• (9) Platinum Jewellery:
• Exchange at 25% of prevailing value without taxes (less discounts if any).
• Buy back at 80% of prevailing value without taxes (less discounts if any).
• (10) Coin 11.5g (Old Victoria Coin):
• 90% of weight × current rate.
• Other coins: Weight × current rate.
• (11) Silver Jewellery/Coin/Gift Item/Stone:
• All other silver articles (amount-wise or weight-wise): 50% of weight × current rate.
• Note: MRP silver ornaments will be exchanged & refunded at the same policy.
• Gift Items: No exchange, no buy back.

Important Note: Any taxes paid at the time of purchase (included in the invoice) shall be deducted at the time of exchange & return.

Exchange/Buy Back policy is not applicable on stones.
